The Oceania shopping and entertainment center was constructed on a 2.6-hectare plot on Kutuzovsky Avenue in Moscow. The total building area amounts to 137,000 sq m. The leasable area is estimated to be 60,000 sq m.

Inspired by the images of St. Basil’s Cathedral and Tatlin’s tower, the evolutionary spiral building structure represents the idea of progress and future.
